Charlotte Parker – Director of Client Success
Charlotte Parker joins PageSuite from Aptitude Software, where she served as Global Director of Client Success, overseeing enterprise client relationships across innovative subscription management platforms. With over a decade of experience in customer success roles across both client and vendor-side environments, Charlotte brings proven expertise in customer engagement and retention.
At PageSuite, Charlotte will spearhead the company’s new client success strategy, aligning closely with revenue goals and customer-centric outcomes. Her responsibilities include:
- Leading and scaling a high-performing client success team
- Implementing data-driven insights to enhance client experience

Greg Branson – Strategic Product Lead
With an extensive background spanning roles at McClatchy, The Kansas City Star, and Minnesota Star Tribune, Greg Branson brings deep client-side expertise and a nuanced understanding of digital reader experiences. In his previous role as Director of Subscriber Mobile and Desktop Experiences at McClatchy, Greg led the team that provided the tools and shaped the workflows that allowed McClatchy to move from print to digital.
At PageSuite, Greg will bridge the gap between US-based clients and the UK product team, ensuring customer success while shaping future product direction. Reporting to Chief Product Officer Simon Fry, his multifaceted role encompasses:
- Customer Success Leadership during key onboarding phases and project lifecycles
- Technical Evangelism to drive platform adoption and understanding
- Strategic Feedback Integration to help shape the product roadmap
- Go-To-Market Thought Leadership through case studies, advocacy, and market engagement
