This website is owned and operated by PageSuite Limited, registered company number 05665265 in England and Wales. Registered office address: PageSuite Ltd, Goldwell Court, Goldwell Lane, Aldington, Kent TN25 7DX. VAT number GB 876 2663 84.

Registered in the United States of America as PageSuite Inc. at 1349 West Peachtree St. NE, Suite 1910, Atlanta GA 30309.

1.1: Please read these terms carefully. They are a legal document and through using this website you agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept these terms and/or do not wish to be bound by them, please exit this website immediately and do not use it again in future.

1.2: PageSuite Limited may revise this document at any time. As such, you should visit this page periodically in order to review the Terms of Use because they are binding on you.

Section 2: Data Protection

2.1: Our use of personal and other information supplied by users of this site is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Section 3: Service Availibility

3.1: We try to ensure continuous availability of the website and all the services available on it but accept no responsibility for the consequences of any interruptions or delays, however caused. We may, additionally, alter the design and specification of the website at any time.

Section 4: Commencement of Services

4.1: We will not commence the provision of Services pursuant to any Order Form until the Order Form has been returned to us, in a form approved by us.

Section 5: Refund, Replacement and Cancellation Terms

5.1: If at any point after commencement of Services the Customer is not satisfied that we are acting in accordance with our Contract Term they may request a refund. We will be happy to refund any amounts paid in respect of the period in which our Contract Term has not been met.

5.2: Total replacement of the software will not be possible but if the Customer has a problem we will do our best to fix it within the Contract Term or if the Customer requires a feature that is currently not available within the software we will consider it for inclusion in our future releases.

5.3: Either party may terminate their Contract by giving the other 90 days’ notice. For the duration of the notice period all other Contract Terms remain in force.

Section 6: Currency of Transactions

6.1: We can issue invoices in Sterling, US dollars, Canadian dollars, Euros and Australian dollars. Our preferred currency for payment is Sterling, US dollars or Euros. However, we do accept payment in any currency.

Section 7: Content and Links

7.1: All the material on this website is protected by copyright. You may only copy, download or reproduce content for your own personal use. You must not use it for reproduction on another website, or in any way for commercial purposes or for any gain unless you have obtained express written consent from PageSuite Limited.

7.2: Where this website provides links to other websites not produced by PageSuite Limited, these links are provided for your convenience and do not signify that we endorse or have any responsibility for the content of those websites or for any transactions you enter into relating to those linked sites.

Section 8: Limitation of liability

8.1: Our total liability to the Customer in respect of any Services, except for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, is limited to the total amount paid to us during the Contract Term for such Services.

Section 9: Passwords

9.1: Passwords are for the sole use of the person to whom they are issued. We may deny access to a password if we reasonably believe that it is being used by an unauthorised person or that the user is breaching these Terms and Conditions.

Section 10: Headings

10.1: Any headings in these Terms and Conditions are for convenience only and shall not affect their construction.

Section 11: Governing Law

11.1: These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with English law and all disputes shall be decided by the English courts.

11.2: If any part of these Terms and Conditions are held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, the validity of the remainder of these Terms and Conditions will not be affected.
